The polyurethane elastomeric has a hardness range of Shore A10-D80. 2. substantial energy. At rubber hardness, the tensile strength, tear strength and load carrying ability are considerably greater than common rubber content. At higher hardness, its affect toughness and flexural energy are considerably larger than plastic materials. 3, use-resistant. Its use resistance is quite exceptional, usually in the assortment of .01-.10cm^three/1.61km, about 3-5 moments than rubber content. 4, oil resistant. The polyurethane elastomeric is a hugely polar polymer compound which has reduced affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is barely eroded in gas oil and mechanical oil. 5, excellent resistance to oxygen and ozone. 6, exceptional vibration absorption efficiency, can do damping and buffering. In the mould production sector, it replaces rubber and springs.7, has good lower temperature functionality. 8, radiation resistance. Polyurethane is extremely resistant to high energy radiation and has satisfactory functionality at 10-10 deg radiation dose. 9, with very good machining efficiency.
